Monday 4:45pm - 8:00pm

Tuesday 4:15pm - 8:00pm

Wednesday 4:45pm - 8:00pm

Thursday 4:15pm - 8:00pm

Friday 5:45pm - 8:00pm

All classes run and teams practice during school  fall & spring breaks

Competitive teams may be in gym during non office/desk hours at coach discretion

 

Alpine High School/All-Star Boot Camp is back by high demand!

Alpine has 100% success! All of our Boot Camp students have made the team of their choice or better!

Learn and perfect jumps, motions, stunting, choreography and tumbling!

Wednesdays 7:00pm-8:30pm - 11 years and up -  see classes for details

Open Gym for Alpine competive team members ONLY 5:00-8:00pm Mon-Thurs   

We do not bill non members for open gym, payment at time of service is required if not a current Alpine member. Current (within 6 months) Alpine release form on file needed to participate, you may print one from our forms section. Release must be completed prior to participation, no exceptions.

This is a great time to practice your stunting, cheer or tumbling skills with coaches assistance. Not a private time with a coach, but we do offer spots and instruction if needed. This is a practice time not a free play!

Friday 6:00pm-8:00pm open to everyone 5 years and up with a signed release

$8.00  per participant, Alpine competitive cheer teams no charge June 1 - March 31, 2010, exception to this -   "special open gym times" during breaks etc.

Please wear athletic attire, shoes, no jewelery, hair up and a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian (print one from our forms section) no exceptions to the above requirements will be made.
